Years ago, we had this amazing software called Bible Works 10, it offered us many great tools that made Bible study so much more interesting. It had the different manuscripts available at one’s fingertips. Different Bible translations and Bible versions were available. Also available were the various Lexicons (BDAG) and dictionaries as well as commentaries (Mathew Henry) and so much more.
Unfortunately, it all ended and the software was eventually discontinued. Many different Bible software tried to take its place. One of the champions was a Bible software called Logos Bible Software. This software has different versions. Each version has its price tag, and as the software bundles increase the price does too.
Logos offers pastors sermon prep platforms and church tools to aid the ministry. It has many FREE tools available like a book library, commentaries, concordances and dictionaries. Added encyclopedias and Lexicons for paid Logos software.
What is great about the software is how it works inside, with tools like Factbook, you learn so much faster. The library offers many FREE books and has great monthly specials. The Lexham Bible is one of the Bible we recommend for this software and the NIV Study Bible has so much information on offer within the application.
The Logos software is available for all platforms and you can work anywhere you want. Start your sermon at the breakfast table on your phone and later continue on your PC at the office. All the work is completed without losing any vital time and information.
